So how many of you all shop when you're stressed...bored....happy... or sad? :) It's pretty much a catch all fix. My favorite part about shopping for home decor, rather than clothes, is you don't have to try them on and leave defeated from the dressing room!
Prospect Treasures is a new, locally owned consignment store in Prospect, Kentucky. I love searching through stores like this to find that one of a kind treasure to add to my home!
I really don't know how I didn't leave the store with all of these things. I'm already planning a trip back. I did some picking for you while I was there to show you some of my favorites! I'm telling you, you better head there soon, because these items will be gone quick! Plus, November 8th is their red tag sale so items are going for their absolute lowest prices!
I can't tell you how many times I picked up and put down these cutting boards. Should have picked them up one more time! And I really don't know why I didn't get that beautiful lamp, such intricate details!
The best part of a good day out picking, is bringing home your loot! What I came home with:
1. A functioning oil lamp
2. Two awesomely chippy teal bins
3. Two candlesticks that were too unique to leave behind
4. Pretty sure Winnie the Pooh's honey pot
Now the fun part, finding their spot in our home!
You really should go check them out. Inventory changes regularly, so there is always something new to choose from. And I love that they are nestled in Oldham County! Pretty good day of picking if I do say so myself, although I think I'm about ready for round two!
