How to Fake Zinc Letter Wall Decor

So I have been loving on these Zinc Wall Alphabet letters for a while! What I haven't been loving on is the price tag! Anthropologie sells them for $18 a letter. Why oh Anthro, do you tempt me??Super fun decor, I just haven't been able to bring myself to do it!

That's where my girl, Chelcey Tate comes in. She told me about this Martha Stewart metallic silver paint. One of these bottles is like $3. I scored the wooden letters for $2 each. You could also use those cardboard, hallow ones as well! Either way you're looking at $9 for three instead of $54!

As far as my projects go, this one is one of the easiest ever. Literally you need the paint, the letters, and something to hang them with. I won't even bother to list supplies and instructions separately because it basically explains itself.

The metallic paint gives the letters it's zinc appearance. Plus they're lighter, so better for hanging!  Paint them, let them dry, and attach to the wall! You could do all sorts of things with these, from initials, to kitchen phrases like my EAT ones, to fun living room and bedroom decor.

Just a little something fun to add to any room, at a fraction of the cost!

You're welcome :D
